Hide ride types from a business account
New
On a business customer's page you can now choose, for each ride type, to hide just its price or to remove it from that business's booking website completely. Existing bookings stay visible and keep their vehicle.
- Web
- For operators
More detail
- Hide price: the ride type can still be booked, without a price shown.
- Hide ride type: it no longer appears on their booking website after a refresh.
- If you hide every ride type, the business sees a message asking them to contact your team and can't make new website bookings.
- Bookings made in Mission Control and the apps are not affected.
Find it under Ride Type Visibility on the business customer's page. You can add, change or remove several ride types at once.
Message a driver from Overwatch
New
Send a driver a message straight from the Overwatch screen, from a booking in the trips list or from the driver in the taxi list, without leaving the dispatch view.
- Web
- For operators
More detail
- Trips list: right-click a booking, then choose Driver → SMS Message Driver.
- Taxi list: click a driver and choose Message Driver.
It works the same way as messaging a driver from a booking.
Reset an office user's two-factor sign-in
New
When someone in your office loses their phone or authenticator app, an Owner can now reset their two-factor sign-in from Settings → User Management → Office Users, without contacting us.
- Web
- For admins
More detail
- Go to Settings → User Management → Office Users and click the person.
- Choose Reset 2FA and confirm. Leave "sign out on every device" ticked unless you have a reason not to.
- They sign in with their password next time and, if your company requires two-factor, are asked to set it up again.
The same side panel also lets Owners set a password, ask for a new password at next sign-in, lock or unlock the account, sign someone out everywhere, and see their last sign-in and recent two-factor activity. Every change is recorded in Change logs, and resets also appear on the 2FA audit page. Owners can't reset, lock or sign out their own account.
The Office Users page has also been redesigned: one table that fits the screen, clearer status labels and a menu on each row for common actions.
Quicker set-up for new fleets
New
New companies now get going in three steps (company details, service area and pricing, with sensible defaults) and land straight on the dispatch desk, with a Get started checklist that ticks itself off as they work.
- Web
- For admins
More detail
- The checklist completes itself when the real thing exists: a service area, a tariff, a vehicle, a driver, a first booking, card payments, a logo, a second team login and a complete business profile. Optional items can be dismissed.
- Short guided tours show the dispatch desk, taking a booking, adding a driver, adding a vehicle and finding Settings. Each person sees a tour once, and can replay it from Get started.
- When drawing a service area you can search a place name to use its official boundary, or apply a ready-made set of UK council zones, instead of tracing every edge by hand.
- Business details can now be edited at any time under Settings.
Recover a rejected driver application
New
Rejected a driver application by mistake? You can now recover it and carry on with the details and documents the driver already sent, instead of asking them to apply again.
- Web
- For operators
More detail
- Open Driver Applications and choose Rejected under Archives.
- Open the application and choose Recover application.
- Review, approve and register the driver as usual.
Applications the driver had submitted go back to Needs Review; ones they never finished go back to In Progress so they can complete them. Applications for drivers who are already registered can't be recovered. Each recovery is recorded in Event Logs with who did it and when, and the driver isn't notified.
Driver price now follows the vehicle
Fixed
Changing a booking's vehicle after typing the fare now updates the driver price as well. Driver payment figures on cash and card-in-cab jobs also stop using a fixed driver price, matching how drivers are paid.
- Web
- For operators
More detail
Upcoming bookings saved before this fix may still carry an old driver price. Opening and saving the booking once refreshes it.
Vehicle lookup when DVLA isn't set up
Fixed
If DVLA vehicle lookup isn't set up for your account, vehicle checks in Mission Control and the Driver App now show a clear non-compliant result instead of an error. Adding a driver's vehicle still works.

Clear error messages when adding or editing a driver
Fixed
Problems on the driver form now show a clear message under the field to fix, instead of "Bad Request – please contact support". Hackney badge numbers up to 20 characters now save too.
- Web
- For operators
More detail
- Choosing an existing account from the search locks its name, phone and email, and creating the driver doesn't change that account.
- Search results show when an account is already a driver or locked out.
- If a driver is on a job, the form tells you to wait until it finishes before editing.
Bid changes now show in job history
Fixed
Turning normal bid on or off from a job's quick action now records who changed it, when, and the setting before and after in the job's history, so you can see who put a job on offer.
- Web
- For operators
Replacing a driver's signup document
Fixed
Uploading a new document and expiry date for a driver who already had one on their application now saves both. Before, the upload failed and the old document stayed.

A monthly overview for business accounts
New
Business accounts now have an Overview page on the booking website showing bookings, completed and cancelled trips, spend, mileage, waiting time and busy times, with a table by department or booker. Owners always see it.
- Web
More detail
- Eight key figures, each compared with the previous period: bookings, completed (with completion rate), cancelled, spend excluding VAT, mileage, chargeable waiting (first 10 minutes free), average time from acceptance to arrival, and pre-booked versus ASAP.
- A bookings-per-day timeline. Drag across days to zoom the whole page in, and use "Back to…" to return to the full range.
- Demand by time of day, how bookings were made (phone, web, app, API), and a breakdown by the business's own booking fields, such as Cost Centre.
- A parent business sees itself and every linked department account. A department account sees only its own figures.
- Choose this week, last week, this month, last month, or custom dates within this month and last month. Figures refresh at least every 10 minutes and show when they were last updated.
- Works on phones too.
Sub-accounts only see the page if you allow it: in Mission Control, open the business sub-account and turn on Can view Overview.
PO Number now also covers cost numbers
Improved
On business bookings the PO Number field is now labelled PO Number/Cost Number, and the extra passenger details on the booking summary have clear outlines, including when you edit a scheduled trip.
